ASCRS Exhibition To Include Volk’s Wide Field And Gonio Lenses

On exhibit will be Volk’s HR Wide Field lens. The contact lens provides a pan retinal view not possible with a non-contact slit lamp or BIO lens, as well as a clear view of the entire retina not possible with a mirrored lens. Distortion-free across the entire viewing area, the lens’ extremely wide field capability provides highly detailed views.

Also on display will be Volk’s new G6 Gonio lens. Six precisely angled mirrors provide a true 360° view during examination, without the adjustment required by a traditional 4 mirror lens. This fast scanning and less need to maneuver the slit lamp can reduce examination time by 25 percent or more.

Volk will also be showing its entire line of diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical ophthalmic lenses, equipment, and accessories. In addition to hands-on demonstrations, Volk will offer special show pricing and a free multi-lens case with purchase.
